Yogi Aditya is a dedicated Hatha Yoga practitioner with over five years of teaching experience. His approach emphasizes precision, alignment, and mindful awareness in every posture.

Through a blend of demonstration, detailed explanation, and hands-on guidance, he ensures students not only perform asanas correctly but also understand their deeper physical and energetic impact. His teachings help practitioners build strength, stability, and inner clarity through consistent practice.

Under the esteemed guidance of Yogi Aditya, the practice of Asana becomes a journey of inner refinement and awareness. Beginning with foundational postures and progressing to advanced forms, the sessions focus on precision, balance, and mindful movement.

Students are guided to understand how each posture influences different aspects of the body and its energy system. The teaching method combines demonstration, explanation, and practical experience, helping practitioners go beyond physical execution.

Regular practice purifies the Nadis, enhances the flow of Prana, and builds flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. This prepares the practitioner for deeper yogic practices and higher states of awareness.

Class Timings:
• Morning Batch: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM (Monday to Sunday)
• Evening Batch: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
